Welcome to the world, ERM!

As Obama so rightly pointed out last night: this has been a tough week. But one in which I have never been more proud to be a part of the Greater Boston community. A thousand thank-yous to every individual, near and far, who played a role in helping us all to sleep a little easier. I look forward to the privilege of again drawing silly things about inconsequential moments in a comfortable existence. In the meantime:
strongly considering handing over the reins of my love life to the BPD, which is clearly waaaay better at finding a man than I'll ever be. — League of LostCauses (@TheLeagueOfLC) April 20, 2013

So...yeah. I would also pretend not to be feeling sick so I wouldn't miss school.
*sigh*
Anyway. If you substitute "webcomic-y blog" for "journal" and "an unexpected vacation to warmer climes" for "IOWA tests," this old entry becomes 1. newly apropos and 2. significantly less nerdy.
Stay tuned for a return to slightly-more-regularly-scheduled postings.

The League Continues: One Year In
Seriously, folks: thanks so much for being part of this grand experiment!
Believe it or not, I've just barely scratched the surface.
See all blog birthdays here.
People of the Internet:
A surprising number of you requested a more overtly aggressive line of vehicular embellishments. Who am I to judge? I have obliged you thusly: Bumper Stickers for Conflict Seekers are now available. Display at your own risk.
I know I said I'd stopped at 36, but NOW, at 42 designs, I think I've officially reached my sticker saturation point. [Update from the future: I had not.]
Hope you enjoy the full collection! I, for one, am eager to stop dreaming about fonts.
Whew.
Turns out that last post marked only the beginning of a bumper-sticker-making frenzy and for four days straight I COULDN'T STOP.
As a result, there are now 36 designs in the League Store that pretty much run the gamut of (super passive and nonspecific) things one might wish to express on one's vehicle. Or fridge. Or dorm room wall. Or office cubicle. Or anywhere, really.
Some folks have inquired after magnetic versions. Unfortunately, car magnets aren't yet available through Zazzle, but I'll be sure to add them to the collection if and when they appear. In the meantime, I'm happy to offer advice on making the stickers "repositionable" using some ingenuity (+/- double-stick tape).
So that's that. For now.
